Digestive Enzyme Blend
Breaks the food down.Starch, protein and fat all arrive together. The enzymes meet them there, so less of the meal carries on to ferment.
No proprietary-blend mystery. Every active in Debloat, and what it does. One 5g scoop, 30 servings per tub.
Three groups working together in every scoop, each one named.
Amylase · Protease · Lipase
A three-enzyme blend covering the main food groups, amylase for carbohydrates, protease for protein, lipase for fat, so your body does less of the work after a heavy meal.
Dandelion · Nettle · Horsetail · Juniper
Four traditional botanicals as concentrated extracts, dandelion and nettle at 10:1, horsetail standardised to 7% silica, named on the label rather than hidden behind the words "herbal blend".
Potassium chloride · Magnesium
Core electrolytes for everyday balance, magnesium in the citrate form, which absorbs better than the cheaper oxide most powders use.
Feeling heavy has two causes and most products only answer one: the food that sits, and the salt that leaves you holding water. Every active in here is doing one of four jobs, and they do not all work on the same clock.
Breaks the food down.Starch, protein and fat all arrive together. The enzymes meet them there, so less of the meal carries on to ferment.
Keeps it moving.Ginger to settle the stomach, magnesium for normal muscle function, juniper for trapped gas.
Answers the salt.Sodium and potassium work as a pair. Most of us get plenty of one and almost none of the other.
Builds the baseline.Antioxidant support, and chromium for normal macronutrient metabolism.
The first two work on the plate in front of you. The last two are working weeks out, on a baseline rather than a sitting, which is what a full tub is for, and why one scoop is not a fair test.
Not a "proprietary blend" you have to take on trust, every active in Debloat, and why it earned its place.
Amylase · Protease · Lipase
The three enzyme groups that handle carbohydrate, protein and fat. A heavy plate asks for all three at once, and that is what this blend covers.
10:1 concentrated extract
The largest single botanical in the tub. 10:1 means ten kilos of root reduced to one of powder. A long-standing part of traditional herbal preparations taken after eating.
Whole root powder
Used to settle the stomach after eating for as long as people have been cooking. Not a dusting for the label. A real inclusion, and part of why the drink tastes warm rather than flat.
Standardised to 7% silica
Silica is a mineral your hair, skin and nails are partly built from. "Standardised" is the important word: the silica content is measured on every batch, not assumed.
10:1 concentrated extract
Another concentrated 10:1 extract. Nettle has been part of traditional preparations across Europe and South Asia for centuries. Here it is a named, concentrated extract.
Berry extract
The smallest botanical in the blend, deliberately. Juniper is potent, so it earns its place on what it does rather than on how it reads on a label.
Whole flower powder
Gives the drink its deep natural colour and a clean tartness. It's a large part of why Debloat looks like a fruit drink in the glass rather than a murky herbal tea.
Standardised to 50% EGCG
Standardised to 50% EGCG, one of the most-studied plant antioxidants. It's also a natural source of caffeine, which is why we say so here, on the label, and in the FAQ.
Electrolyte
The single largest active in the formula. Potassium is one of the two electrolytes most affected by salt-heavy eating and not drinking enough water through the day.
Citrate form
Contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In the citrate form, which the body absorbs better than the cheaper oxide most powders use.
As ascorbic acid
Well past a token inclusion. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and to protecting cells from oxidative stress, and adds to the drink's natural tartness.
Trace mineral
Measured in micrograms because that's all a trace mineral needs. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, turning what you eat into what you run on.

Photographs show the source plant, not the extract itself. What goes in the tub is the concentrated extract or powder named on each card. The enzyme blend and the minerals have no meaningful photographic form, so they are shown as element marks. Supports healthy digestion and helps reduce post-meal bloating. A dietary supplement, not a medicine. Individual results vary.
