1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of eleviotic.com and any purchase you make from us. "Eleviotic", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Eleviotic, based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. "You" refers to any visitor or customer.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from us. Our products are not suitable for anyone under 18. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Health and supplement disclaimer

Eleviotic products are dietary supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim that they do.

Consult a qualified doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication, or managing any health condition — particularly blood pressure, heart or kidney conditions.

Individual results vary. Nothing on this site is medical advice and it is not a substitute for consulting a healthcare professional. Stop using the product and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

4. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours and appearance may differ from how they look on your screen depending on your device. Product descriptions, ingredients and packaging may change, and we may discontinue a product or limit quantities at our discretion.

5. Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where the delivery address is outside our service area, or where we suspect fraud or resale. Your order is accepted when we confirm it.

We may cancel or correct an order if a price, description or availability turns out to be wrong, including after you have placed it. If that happens we will contact you using the phone number or email you gave us.

You confirm that anything you buy is for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

We accept Cash on Delivery only. No advance or online payment is taken. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel is handed to you. Delivery is free across Pakistan; there are no handling or COD charges.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Where a promotion has its own terms and those conflict with these terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.

7. Delivery

We deliver within Pakistan only, using third-party couriers. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or by events outside our control.

Please keep the phone number you ordered with reachable. If a courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to rebook.

8. Returns and refunds

Because we sell a consumable product, returns depend on the safety seal. Unopened tubs may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Opened tubs cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.

Since nothing is paid before delivery, you may simply refuse the parcel at the door at no cost.

9. Intellectual property

The Eleviotic name, logo, product names, text, images, design and all other content on this site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site: for any unlawful purpose; to breach any applicable law; to infringe anyone's rights; to harass, abuse or defame any person; to transmit false or misleading information; to send spam or unsolicited advertising; to impersonate anyone; to upload viruses or malicious code; to collect other people's personal information; or to scrape, harvest or extract data by automated means.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe has breached these terms.

11. Third-party links and services

This site may link to or embed content from third parties, and our orders are delivered by third-party couriers. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, products or services. Any dealings you have with them are at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

12. Platform

This store runs on Shopify's e-commerce platform. Your purchase contract is with Eleviotic, not with Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and us, including the products themselves.

13. Privacy

Information you give us is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because the store is hosted by Shopify, some of your information is processed by Shopify and its service providers, which may be located outside Pakistan.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eleviotic and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any product bought through it.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eleviotic and its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of any law, or your misuse of the site.

17. Termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time without notice. Sections 3, 9, 14, 15, 16 and 19 continue to apply after any termination.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You and Eleviotic submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

20. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between us. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
