How cash on delivery works, and what to check before you pay

You pay cash to the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing leaves your pocket before that. Delivery is free anywhere in Pakistan, with no minimum order.

That is the whole arrangement. The rest of this page is the detail, because cash on delivery is the part people most often get burned on, and knowing how it actually runs makes you harder to burn.

What happens, step by step

1. You place the order on the site, or send us the details on WhatsApp. No card, no bank transfer, no advance.
2. We dispatch within 24 hours through TCS or Leopards.
3. Your tracking number goes to your WhatsApp the moment the parcel leaves us.
4. The courier calls before arriving. Usually two to three working days in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad, three to five for smaller cities.
5. You hand over the cash and take the parcel.

What to check at the door

Before you pay, look at the parcel itself. Our packaging carries the Eleviotic name and the courier's own label with your tracking number on it. If the tracking number does not match the one we sent to your WhatsApp, do not accept the parcel.

After you pay, open it and check the tub. The inner seal under the lid should be intact and unbroken. A broken inner seal on a brand new tub is not normal and we want to hear about it the same day.

The thing couriers will not let you do

Most couriers in Pakistan will not let you open the parcel before paying. That is their policy, not ours, and no amount of arguing at your doorstep will change it on the day.

We would rather tell you that up front than have you discover it while a delivery rider waits. It is also the reason the return window exists at all.

If you change your mind

Return the tub within three days with the inner seal intact and we refund it in full. Message us on WhatsApp at 0303 237 3111 and we will arrange the pickup.

Once that seal is broken we cannot take it back. Not because we are being difficult, but because a powder tub that has been opened cannot be resold to anybody else, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. This is exactly why we put the full ingredient list, the caffeine content and the flavour on the site in the first place. Everything you need to decide is available before you order.

Why we sell this way

Because asking somebody in Pakistan to send Rs 4,000 to a brand they have never heard of, for a product they cannot hold, is asking a lot. Cash on delivery moves the risk onto us, which is where it belongs until we have earned otherwise.
